Christmas Tree Cupcakes !

Well maybe this post is coming a bit late, but they still taste delicious and maybe you can put some flowers instead of stars as deco and make spring cupcakes 😛 

Ingredients:
180g Butter
150g brown Sugar
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200g Flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon grounded hazelnuts
50g Buttermilk

Mix butter,eggs and sugar together with an electric mixer for about three minutes, add flour and baking powder. Mix Cocoa hazelnuts and buttermilk and add in the end. Mix Mix Mix until you get a fluffy mass. Now spread evenly in cupcake forms . Bake at 190˚C for 25-30 minutes. Stab the highest cupcake with a fork to test if they re done or not. If there s still mass on the fork leave them for another 5 minutes. 





Cream (Ingredients at room temperature):
200g soft butter
200g cream cheese 
100-150g sugar 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
and some green food coloring 

Now just mix it all together and put on cupcake with an icing bag.
