We are having the perfect BBQ weather here in Austria. It is August, around 20°C and most people are on summer vacation, so it’s not as busy in the office.
Now this calls for some BBQ action. Today some delicious lamb skewers, with tender meat and fresh mint sauce. Enjoy!
I have been using my Weber BBQ (Spirit II E 220 GBS) for a while now and I absolutely love it.
A few notes on the barbecue:
It’s perfect for beginners, easy to use.
Not a lot of space at home? This barbecue fits into small spaces.
Get some add ons, there is a lot out there!
Perfectly balanced heat radiation.
Comes with two surfaces- one on each side.
