Delicious and tender lamb skewers with fresh mint sauce.
Mix all the spices together and rub into the lamb. Marinate for about 30 minutes. Then put line up on skewers. Brush with vegetable oil.
Preheat the barbecue for 15 minutes, then place the skewers on it and grill them over medium heat. Turn occasionally. Grill for a total time of 10-15 minutes.
While the lamb is on the grill prepare the mint sauce. Chop the mint very finely.
Finely chop the garlic and stir into the crème fraîche with the remaining ingredients, such as the mint.
Remove the lamb from the barbecue and serve with the mint sauce. Cut the lime into pieces and serve with the lamb to be squeezed over it.
