Pork Medaillons with Rosemary

Today another very simple recipe 🙂 with my absolutely favourite herbs rosemary and thyme 🙂 And of course my beloved avocado!

Pork tenderloin (cut into 2-3 cm pieces)
fresh Rosemary sprigs

This is how it works : First you gotta stick the rosemary sprigs through the meat, add a bit thyme salt and pepper, heat butter and roast meat for about 1 minute on both sides. After that leave the meat in the pan and put all together in the oven at 75 °C for 35-40 minutes. This will make the meat very tender! As a side dish I always like veggies so this time I used green beans, just cook them in a pan with a bit garlic and salt.

As you probably already know I looooooove Avocados 😉 so here s another way to serve them 🙂 : Cut the Avocado into slices and use sweet balsamic syrup, a bit lemon juice and english mustard to marinate the avocado:)oh and a bit of salt (almost forgot) I put the raspberrys there so it would look a bit nicer, but the combination is actually pretty good 😉

Another yummy dinner! I just love the simplicity of this 🙂 Easy enough for anyone to do !

sounds very good, now I'm hungry!I also like the photos, you are one of the few people who can shoot food in a way that it looks delicious, without professional tricks like plastic (I guess, or is your real job working in food photography and the recipes are only what happens by the way at work? :)ciao Markuswww.markusjerko.at photography
