Today another very simple recipe 🙂 with my absolutely favourite herbs rosemary and thyme 🙂 And of course my beloved avocado!
Pork tenderloin (cut into 2-3 cm pieces)
fresh Rosemary sprigs
This is how it works : First you gotta stick the rosemary sprigs through the meat, add a bit thyme salt and pepper, heat butter and roast meat for about 1 minute on both sides. After that leave the meat in the pan and put all together in the oven at 75 °C for 35-40 minutes. This will make the meat very tender!As a side dish I always like veggies so this time I used green beans, just cook them in a pan with a bit garlic and salt.
As you probably already know I looooooove Avocados 😉 so here s another way to serve them 🙂 : Cut the Avocado into slices and use sweet balsamic syrup, a bit lemon juice and english mustard to marinate the avocado:)oh and a bit of salt (almost forgot) I put the raspberrys there so it would look a bit nicer, but the combination is actually pretty good 😉
