Quinoa rissoles with avocado cream and veggies :)

Ingredients for the rissoles: 
150g Quinoa
375ml water
2 small eggs
1 big spoon of flour
curry
salt
pepper

Before you cook Quinoa you have to rinse it in warm water, after that let it cook in water for about 20 minutes. After that add curry up to your taste, salt pepper. Then add eggs and flour.Mix it up and wet your hands before you start forming the rissoles. Then fry them for about 3-5 minutes on each side. 

Avocado cream:
2 avocados
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 onion
about 125g sour cream
salt,pepper

First you’ll have to mash the avocados, i usually do it with my hands cause its so much faster , but you can also use a fork. Add all ingredients, and thats it 🙂 this also tastes really good with toasted dark bread!

for the Veggies:

Tomatoes
Zuchinni
Paprika
Onions
Curry 
Salt 
Pepper
Basil
everything chopped! 

Heat up a pan, throw in onions then zuchini and paprika and in the end tomatoes, add some curry and salt up to your taste. Very good and simple side dish ! Yummmm
