Here s my Roastbeef recipe ( Jamie Oliver influence 🙂 ) 

1-2 kg of sirloin beef
Red Onions
Bay Leaves
Olive Oil
Sea Salt 

Some fresh Rosemary, one of the most important ingredient of this recipe 🙂  

Put rosemary and olive oil in a grinder, then spread it on the meat. Add some sea salt as well. Preheat  oven to about 250 °C, put it in and immediately turn down to 200˚C1 1/2 kg for about 40-60 min. After taking the meat out of the oven put a little bit honey on it 🙂 it will make it shiny and even more delicious! Then let it rest for about 20-30 min. While letting it rest you can put the sauce that you get while roasting it in another bowl. In the same roasting tray that you used with the roast beef put tomatoes, bay leaves, potatoes, and red onions, add some rosemary and olive oil put it back in the oven. Let it roast for about 30 min while the beef is resting.

I’m so lucky to have a boyfriend that loves gardening 🙂 i always get the nicest veggies and fruits <3 Some salad and paprika 🙂 For the salad I love to use white balsamic with olive oil, chopped onions, mustard, salt and pepper. 

Cut beef into slices.

Put the sauce that you put aside in a pan let it boil up add some more red onions, some cranberry jam and some red wine filter out the big chunks and you got the perfect sauce for your roastbeef 🙂 

Voila most delicious thing ! I LOVE MEAT <3
