In my family we usually fight over the crust, so I just had to make some extra. In Austria pork scratching aka crackling is not very common but in England it is a well known bar snack. Thank god there is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fantompics.wordpress.com\/\">Tom<\/a>\u00a0who always inspires me to look into the english kitchen, so this is basically pork crack!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bPzN6Cw_QdE\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\nPork Skin<br \/>\nOlive Oil<br \/>\nSea salt<\/p>\n<p>Brush pork skin with olive oil on both sides and salt. Bake about 40 minutes in oven at 200\u00b0C until crispy.
