{"id":2644,"date":"2016-06-20T15:28:14","date_gmt":"2016-06-20T13:28:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.avocadobanane.com\/en\/?p=2644"},"modified":"2016-06-20T15:28:14","modified_gmt":"2016-06-20T13:28:14","slug":"homemade-crispy-snacks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.avocadobanane.com\/en\/homemade-crispy-snacks\/","title":{"rendered":"Homemade Crispy Snacks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.merkurmarkt.at\/magazin\">Today my next recipes for the\u00a0Merkur ImmerGut Blogger Challenge<\/a>.\u00a0A good snack for for everyday life!<\/p>\n<h2>Crunchy Chickpeas<\/h2>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 a can of chickpeas<br \/>\n1 teaspoon lemon zest<br \/>\n1 teaspoon lemon juice<br \/>\n2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\nsea salt<\/p>\n<p>Drain and wash the chickpeas. Lay out on a paper towel and peel as many chickpeas\u00a0as possible then\u00a0let dry for about 30 minutes. Now bake at 200 \u00b0 C on baking paper for \u00a0about 40 minutes until they are crispy. Check the chickpeas from now and then so they won&#8217;t get burned. Mix together salt , lemon zest, lemon juice and olive oil and season the chickpeas with it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2613\" src=\"http:\/\/www.avocadobanane.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Florence_Stoiber-0796-682x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Florence_Stoiber-0796\" width=\"682\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.avocadobanane.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Florence_Stoiber-0796-682x1024.jpg 682w, https:\/\/www.avocadobanane.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Florence_Stoiber-0796-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.avocadobanane.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Florence_Stoiber-0796-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.avocadobanane.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Florence_Stoiber-0796-1080x1620.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/www.avocadobanane.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Florence_Stoiber-0796.jpg 1363w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 682px) 100vw, 682px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Sweet Potato Chips<\/h2>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n1\/2\u00a0sweet potato<br \/>\nBBQ\u00a0seasoning<br \/>\n3 teaspoons\u00a0olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into very thin slices. Place in a bowl and cover with warm water for about 15 minutes. Remove from the water and lay out for half an hour and allow to dry. Mix BBQ seasoning with olive oil and sprinkle sweet potato on both sides. Place\u00a0them on a baking grid and bake in the oven\u00a0for\u00a010-15 minutes at 200 \u00b0 C . Turn after a couple of minutes.
