My love for Asian food is well\u00a0known. Sunday I am going back to visit my family in Taiwan and\u00a0I thought I’ll tell you a little bit of my favorite Asian foods. Let’s start with a more advanced street food, stinky tofu, a delicacy that is popular\u00a0throughout China and Taiwan. The smellier the better it is! The smell on the streets of freshly fried stinky tofu might be a bit too much in the beginning for the normal european nose, but I still recommend it to everyone, at least try it. It wont cost you a lot.<\/p>\n

Stinky tofu is fermented in a spiced brine and can have different tastes. I have mostly had it as street food, fried with pickled veggies or different sauces. You can also get it\u00a0steamed, boiled, stir fried or any delicious way you can think of!<\/p>\n

If you’re ever headed to China or Taiwan and smell something weird… well that might just be it!<\/p>\n
