Culinary Travels in the USA

When I travel, food is one of the most important aspects of it!

Also this time I have planned my complete journey around my favorite occupation. It went to Boston and New York City. Two cities that definitely convinced me culinarily.

The journey started in icy Boston and of course what can’t be missing? Lobster and Clam Chowder, the “Must Eat” dishes of the city!

We tried the lobster in different variations. Steamed, in rolls, hot, cold and Asian! For me the “hot buttered lobster roll” was the best, simple and just to die for! Of course there were also other delicacies but see for yourself.

Have fun scrolling through my insights into the culinary world of Boston and New York City!

Food Paradise Quincy Market

New York City is probably one of THE food paradises of the world.

Delicious steak, Greek star cuisine, the perfect burgers at Shake Shack and the original Cronut from Dominique Ansel Bakery. We also couldn’t miss wine and beer from plastic cups in Central Park (that was the only warm day, next day brought snow chaos and cold).
