I looooove Easter. For me Easter always means good breakfasts, spring has arrived and I it’s my birthday soon;). Well I have seen the following recipe a couple of times now on Pinterest and other plattforms, I have always wanted to try it in my own way! So I don’t want to withhold the recipe!
1 pack croissant dough
a good handful of grated Emmentaler (or other cheese)
1 chives (finely chopped)
6 slices bacon
1 half red bell pepper (chopped)
1 handful Easter ham (cut into cubes)
1 egg to brush
salt and pepper
2 tsp honey
4 tsp mustard
2 tablespoons of sour cream
Place the dough triangles as described in the pictures and place one slice of bacon on each trangle. Then mix the all the ingredients together, except for the egg to brush, and place it on the dough into a circular shape. Together Fold the dough together and brush with the remaining beaten egg. Then bake for about 15 minutes at 190 ° C. For the sauce, simply mix the ingredients together and serve it.
