Ingredients:
750g ground beef
4 slices of toast (crusts removed)
100ml milk
1 table spoon majoram
1 chopped onion
a hand full of chopped arsley
salt,pepper
some breadcrumbs
Soak the bread in milk, squeeze it to get rid of the excessive milk and add to the meat. Brown onions with parsley and put in the meat as well, add rest of ingredients and mix with your hands. Now form balls about the size of a golf ball and flatten them. In the end turn them in the bread crumbs. Now fry them for about 3-4 min each side. VOILA 🙂
