Shrimp Avocado Crostini

Ingredients for 10 crostinis:
3-4 ripe avocados
juice of 1 lemon
200g sour cream
salt, pepper
2 ciabattas 
1 kg tiger prawns
2 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes

Put all the avocados in a bowl and squish them. Add lemon juice, sour cream, salt and pepper and mix it. Now cut the ciabatta into 1 cm thick slices and brush with some olive oil, the put in the oven at around 190˚ C for 5-10 min depending on how crunchy you want it. 

Then chop the garlic and brown it in a frying pan. Add the cleaned and peeled shrimp (leave the tail so it looks prettier when you serve it). Fry unitl the shrimp has no grey part left, so they re all red and white.

Now spread the avocado cream on the ciabatta slice.

Then some sliced tomatoes. 

And finally the shrimp on top!
