I feel bad for not posting in a while, so I made some waffles!
Ingredients for about 4 waffles:
125g butter
6 tablespoons of sugar
3 eggs
1/2l milk
250g all purpose flour
1 level teaspoon of baking powder
Zest of one lemon
Blueberries
This is easy 🙂 , mix butter and sugar with an electric mixer, then slowly add eggs. Then add flour mixed with the baking powder and lemon zest. Mix mix mix…. now the milk and voila you’ve got yourself a good waffle batter:) Now put in your waffle maker and spread blueberries on top. My waffle maker looks a bit different cause it’s actually made for hong kong eggettes, a chinese waffle thing ^^ but it works fine with normal waffles as well!
