Breakfast Cups !

I saw this pictures of these delicious breakfast cups a while ago on the internet. So today i decided to make them 😉

Ingredients per Cup:
One piece of toast (crusts removed)
1 Egg
1 or 2 pieces of bacon
Salt,Pepper, Thyme
Butter

Preheat oven to 200˚C.  Butter the cups first, then flatten the toast with your hands and put them in the cups like in the pictures below.

Next fry bacon for a bit so it s almost crispy and lay 1 or two in each cup. Now crack an egg over it. In the end put some salt, pepper and if you like some thyme over it and they’re ready for the oven ! Now bake for about 20 minutes 😉
