Lemon Cous Cous

Well this was actually something I made with stuff I had in the fridge at the moment ­čÖé The only thing you would probably have to get is lemon oil ­čśë

1/2 chopped onion
2 chicken breasts
150g cous cous
1-2 teaspoon of curry
Juice of 1/2 lemon
about 10 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of lemon oil

1. Cut chicken into max 5mm thick pieces then brown onions and add meat. 

2. Add some salt and curry.

3. Put around 1 1/2  the amount of boiling water into the cous cous and let it settle in for 2-4 minutes. (150g cous cous –> 225ml water)

4. Quarter tomatoes.

5. Then add cous cous to meat and onions. Mix it for a bit and add tomatoes.

6. If you like add some more curry. Now it’s time for the lemon juice and lemon oil :).

 That’s it! A nice light dish for lunch or dinner ­čÖé
