Mushroom Bruschetta

300g White mushrooms
a hand full of chopped parsley
3 garlic cloves
Olive oil
1 Baguette
First cut the mushroom into 2-3mm thick slices.

Then heat some olive oil, put garlic in brown a bit then add parsley and mushrooms. Some salt and pepper up to your taste. While you let the mushrooms cool down, cut the baguette into 2-3 cm thick pieces put some olive oil on them and put in the oven at about 190╦ÜC for around 5-10 minutes. 
When the baguette is done just put it on top and maybe serve with some tomato bruschetta  to make it more colorful ­čÖé I hope you’ll enjoy this fast appetizer !!! <3
